Graduate Development Program

Graduate Development Programme (GDP) gives you an in-depth look at our business as a whole, while immersing you in real roles within a functional area of the business to accelerate the career of young talents at Reckitt. You will gain valuable experience through proper mentoring, taking risks, and working in a dynamic environment.

This talent program is designed to unlock the potential of our next generation of leaders. It is a great opportunity for you to develop professionally and become a potential future manager. We will officially welcome our GDP new joiners on the 3rd of June 2024. 

About the role

Embark on an exciting marketing voyage with Reckitt as an Intern / Trainee in our dynamic Brand Management team. You'll get to shape the customer journey and contribute to our passionate pursuit of building meaningful brand experiences. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:


 

- Supporting the setting and execution of an ambitious country commercial strategy

- Cooperation with Supply, Sales and Finance to hit and exceed our every target

- Putting commercial plans into action

- Help developing consumer and shopper communications

- Contributing to new business development initiatives

- Delivering excellence in execution for equity, activation and innovation projects.

The experience we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute proactively to marketing projects.
- Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of data analytics.
- Adaptability and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends.

Ability to work full time and to be able to start at the beginning of June 2024

- Fluent English as well as fluent knowledge of local language
