About the role

Supply Project Manager works in a cross-functional Team with (CDO, R&D, R&D Ops, IMEX, GRA, Planning, Quality, Packaging, Procurement, Technical and many others when needed) to deliver key NPD projects within a safety and quality standard, on time and within approved COGS strategy. Supply PM Defines Supply Strategy for NPD and Maintenance Projects & product transfers. This role along with Category Supply Manager is a 1st escalation point for Initiate wellness matters. While working close with Category Supply Manager and Rep this role will support Category growth as per Plan.

Your responsibilities

Leads key NPD’s in condoms, toys and lubricant Portfolio (including e-com)

•            Leads UDI implementation and rollout

•            Works close with CDO, R&D, R&D Ops, IMEX, GRA and other Teams to address all needs and ensure proper communication flow.

•            Supports Supply strategy definition for IW Portfolio in RB sites and Co-packers.

•            Escalates identified issues to Top Management.

•            Reports and supports ppt. preparation for the PRM, IM, others upon the request.

•            Works together with all manufacturing sites to execute Supply Actions for NPD implementation within the CPS, Quality standard and TP.

•            Runs feasibility Study and co-ordinates TP calculation for NPD projects.

•            Defines Supply Strategy for major changes in portfolio such as: Global Design change.

The experience we're looking for

Academic requirements:

•            Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or related field

Work experience requirements:

•            Min 3 years of experience in the International Company in Project Management role such as Activity manager or Procurement, Quality, Packaging, Technical or Logistics where had to manage Projects.

•            Someone who already experienced working with cross functional Team – preferable a person already familiar with RB IW portfolio and CDO, GRA, IMEX and other supporting Teams: Planning, Quality, Packaging, Procurement, Technical.

Foreign language requirements:

•            Fluent in English. Fluency in local languages advantageous.

Computer skills requirements:

•            Proficient in all Microsoft Office products

Work related certificate requirements:

•            PMP certification is preferred not mandatory
