Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Elaborar estratégias comerciais e calendário de ações baseado em análises de oportunidade de mercado e

canal.

Your responsibilities

- Analisar as oportunidades de negócio através de dados de mercado para o canal Farma Direto como market

share, sell out, dados internos da Reckitt, etc;

- Coordenação da implementação de materiais de merchandising no ponto de venda;

- Desenvolvimento de campanhas de visibilidade customizadas por cliente;

- Análise de oportunidades de 4P’s, criação de planos de JBP com os Gerentes de vendas de cada região;

- Coordenação dos principais projetos de sell out do canal Farma Direto

- Atualização e monitoramento da performance dos indicadores estratégicos do canal;

- Suporte estratégico ao time de vendas;

- Visita a campo e participação em reuniões da equipe comercial;

- Coordenação e apresentação das reuniões operacionais com o time de vendas;

- Liderança nas discussões de planos com os stakeholders internos (marketing e trade categoria0;

- Liderança e desenvolvimento do Analista Jr e Estagiário;
