Head of eB2B performance, Brazil - Reckitt Hygiene Commercial

Description

•    Build our eB2B ecosystem in Brazil - implementation & execution;
•    Drive and support execution and performance in existing eB2B platforms;
•    Business development and build new business models;
•    Engagement, capability building and development.
•    Setup, implement and execute global strategy considering local perspective (value proposition, market specs & needs, etc);
•    Manage P&L (targets, KPIS and Budget);
•    Guarantee data-driven wow;
•    Engagement and connect with IMEX stakeholders: Leadership, Ecommerce, Sales;
•    Run execution hubs regionally;
•    Drive performance & business impact: 
-    Set priorities; manage and deliver performance KPIs;
-    Deliver performance: new customers, higher frequency and higher basket size;
-    Create and execute marketing & promotional activities;
-    Engage and work w/ local ecom team and sales teams.

Stakeholders of this role will include: 
•    Leadership;
•    ecommerce; 
•    Sales;
•    Execution Hub Vendors & Partners;
•    Mkt Place Partners, sellers, etc;
•    Regional and Global ecommerce leadership.

Requirements:
•    Strong experience in fields related to ecommerce, sales, trade mkt in key markets of the region;
•    Experience in ecommerce: sales and tech; 
•    Experience in starting new projects in traditional companies or start ups;
•    Fluent English;
•    Bachelor degree;
•    Results driven and strong in data analytics;
•    Ability to manage different stakeholders and get their engagement on new business initiatives;
•    Performance management: deliver targets in a fast paced environment, pivoting when needed;
•    Leadership and team management;
•    To be an intrapreneur & innovative;
•    Strategic mindset and resilient.
