About the role

Monitoramento da equipe responsável pelas atividades nos PDVS, tendo como objetivo a exposição e apresentação dos produtos de maneira a cumprir a estratégia da Reckitt. Área de atuação: BA, SE, AL, PE, PB e RN.

Your responsibilities

• Acompanhamento nas lojas dos indicadores de execução

•    Executar os planos de ação desenhados pelo gerente da regional mensalmente com prazo - manutenção e reversão de loja 
•    Manter a equipe de execução da AGENCIA (coordenadores, supervisores / promotores) alinhada com as metas definidas pelo gerente da regional e atento as oportunidades
•    Realizar visitas diárias a PDVs para a supervisão do store check e buscar novas oportunidades de execução
•    Participar de reuniões junto com o gerente de merchandising com o time de vendas e compradores das principais redes
•    Participar de treinamentos periódicos técnicos e motivacionais
•    Atualização do time sobre portfólio, mix, Execução, Planograma, Promoções e Compliance
•    Garantir as orientações necessárias para realização das pesquisas 
•    Garantir execução de pontos extras conforme recomendação por quarter
•    Garantir a distribuição estratégica dos materiais semanais e sazonais
•    Analisar o roteiro mensal de atendimento dos PDVs – garantir estratégia Nielsen x ranking de vendas, conforme planejado pela liderança
•    Monitorar o cumprimento da roteiro planejado para os promotores de vendas
•    Participar de forma colaborativa nos processos seletivos, para garantir adequação do perfil de promotores de vendas
•    Dar informações para o time de vendas com objetivos de merchandising – Ruptura, Mix, oportunidades em loja e regularizar o parâmetro de distribuição
•    Monitorar constantemente e reportar atividades da concorrência sempre que houver.  

The experience we're looking for

EXPERIÊNCIA:Sólida experiência em Vendas, merchandising e/ou trade marketing

NÍVEL DE ESCOLARIDADE: Superior completo

INFORMÁTICA: Pacote office intermediário.
