In the role of Supply Data Scientist, you will join and support the Supply Gross Margin Improvement (GMI) team for our Infant Nutrition business. The mission of the GMI team is to improve the competitiveness of our products.

You will work as part of a cross-functional team with vast experience in procurement, manufacturing, supply chain management and innovation in the Infant Formula industry. Your scope will be global, allowing you to work together with our teams and experts in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America, building a strong database and data driven solutions.

The job requires strong analytical/programming skills and will allow you to work in an environment that is high-paced, dynamic and complex. 


Datas mapping

•    Understand the different systems used within Reckitt Nutrition and the different data’s available
•    Extract the data and collect large data sets using analytical, statistical, and programming skills.


Data consolidation: build a robust and easy-to-use database 


Build data-driven solutions and dashboard explicitly tailored toward the needs of our organization.


Potential additional responsibility: leverage the dashboards and data-solutions created to perform supply analysis. Identify raw materials/ infant formula recipes cost optimization and portfolio simplification opportunities. Build business cases and present it to cross functional team for deployment




•    Perform in a high-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment
•    Ability to capture complexity in a simple way, for strong analysis and clear communication
•    Get acquainted with our systems



•    Engineer or master’s degree with strong IT and programming skills. 
•    Proficient in, SAP, excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Optiva, statistical tools, … SQL or Python/R is a plus
•    Proficient in English, written and spoke



•    A curiosity about our business, products and system
•    Agility to learn quickly and use that knowledge to explore new opportunities
•    Capability to thrive on dynamic and complex problems / cases
•    Ability to convert questions, ideas and rational thinking into discussions and action
