Working with a portfolio of leading brands, you’ll own the channel / category strategy. You’ll increase our presence in stores. You’ll strengthen our brands and ensure we have the right product, marketing and promotional activities in place. You’ll create the vision and take practical steps to see it come to life.

 

In this role you'll...

•    Develop and recommend brand strategies to maximise long-term sales and profitability
•    Lead the execution of local marketing and trade marketing plans 
•    Own responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase in-store presence and sales
•    Plan and manage the effective deployment of the marketing & trade marketing budget 
•    Analyse market data for trends, insights, and information
•    Plan and organise product launches from conceptual stages through the product life cycle for the purpose of maximising revenue and profitability, coordinating with cross-functional teams
 

You’ll succeed because you have… 

•    At least 3-5 years of marketing experience with experience in FMCG company as a must
•    Min. bachelor’s degree level in a business-related faculty
•    Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
•    Ability to comprehensively understand and convert consumer, category, competitor, and channel/customer insights into sales/marketing plans
•    Developed strategic thinking with ability to identify long-term opportunities and trends
•    Creativity, consumer-focus thinking, strong commercial awareness, entrepreneurship
•    Fluent English
