Reward Manager, Greater China

Shanghai, Shanghai 

Reward Strategy 
•Drives development of Reckitt’s strategy to attract, retain and motivate employees across Greater China
•Monitors best practice and identify opportunities for future development and innovation in Reward programmes (incentive plan design, pay levels and mix, career bands, local benefits)

Reward Business Partnering 
•Main partner and point-to-person for the HR Director, SVP and the rest of the Management Team
•Acts as subject matter expert on all matters relating to pay, incentives, and benefits; providing counsel and guidance to the HRDs, Finance, Payroll teams and Line Managers
•Provides proactive analytics such as, but not limited to, competitive posture and gender pay gap to the business and HR teams 

Annual Performance Plan 
•Manages and ensure effective operation of the process for all employees across Greater China 
•Enforces global guidelines and principles and manages exception requests
•Acts as conduit for the global project team, shared service and country HR teams 

Annual Compensation Review
•Manages pay review cycle across the Greater China, ensuring roles & responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines & milestones are agreed and achieved
•Develops tools/frameworks (and data-packs and ppts) to support the Regional / local HR teams in managing the pay review process in their areas

Regional Mobility Operations 
•Monitors and assesses the effectiveness of Reckitt’s Mobility Policy across the Region, pro-actively identifying means to improve
•Innovates - identify areas of unnecessary complexity and drives simplification across the operation of the ITP and other mobility programmes

Job Banding/Grading
•Reviews existing banding across Greater China to ensure alignment with global principles
•Reviews and approve requests for changes to job bands

•University Degree
•Finance / Economics / Compensation background
•5-7 years Reward experience in a multi-national company, ideally covering both HR and Reward
•Reward experience within Consumer and OTC industries desirable
•Wider geographic experience or global exposure an advantage
