About the role

To provide high quality and pro-active business support to the Commercial functions especially to Sales and Marketing function, through the provision of timely, accurate and meaningful financial data and analysis. This role will be a key interface and business partner to the Sales and Marketing Management team.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

Provide key reporting, analysis and understanding of financial performance of Sales and Marketing operations.
Ensure that processes and controls within the Commercial Finance team are adhered to and followed.
Participate in all Planning activities related to Sales and Marketing.
Responsibility for accounting and reporting
Cost analysis inclusive of New Product Development / Existing Product Development cost analysis
Partner Commercial functions in driving gross margin enhancement/COGS reduction projects.

The experience & skills we're looking for

Relevant experience (mi 5 years)
Exposure in the field of management accounting/reporting and cost accounting (preferred)

Ability to identify and communicate important issues and influence the decision making process.
Familiarity with integrated transaction and decision support systems.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm, motivation and a commitment to the timely delivery of results
Ability to work across functional teams and communicate with a diverse range of employees at various levels in the business.
Superior analytical skills.
Self confident integrity.
Curious and creative with ability to implement initiatives.
