About the role

The main mission is to ensure a stable supply and an appropriate stock through supply planning, stock planning and purchase planning. For ensuring a stable supply, It is required to supply high quality and price competitive products with working together with Procurement, QA and other department. For ensuring an appropriate stock, it is required to propose and conduct optimization of safety stock and target stock based on ABS analysis, stock analysis and forecast assurance. As a super user of ERP (SAP/JDE) to support daily operations, Supply Planning Manager supports the other team members beyond brand. Also, the mission includes supply project management.  Project lead must be conducted with strong leadership and aim for effective improvement.  Project management is not only limited in planning area, but, also entire supply organization. Such as logistics, and etc.

Your responsibilities

• Planning and Purchasing an appropriate stock of completed products, half completed products and materials based on Demand Forecast. Lead entire Planning team with strong leadership
• Management of delivery date and arrival of goods, Planning and Implementing manufacturing plan and remodeling plan
• 3PL warehouse management/KPI Monitoring/Cost Management
• Taking part in S&OP Meeting and Output (Shortage stock risk, excess stock, stock planning, purchase planning) 
• Planning and Implementing stock reduction, Inventory Projection Update (Amount/Coverage Weeks)
• Improving Service Level (KPI: Customer Order Fill Rate)
• Budget management for Disposal costs and Stock
• Being ERP Super User, ERP Data Management
• Project Lead with Cross Function, Continuous Improvement Project lead
