RGM & Sales Control Manager (Hygiene)

You’ll strengthen our brands and ensure we have the right product, marketing and promotional activities in place.  You’ll create the vision and take practical steps to see it come to life.

You’ll have the opportunity to drive Turkey’s overall Sales Planning & Revenue Maximization strategies for Hygiene Business Unit.

Overall 5+ years of experience is required 

2-3 years of audit, sales control and finance experience is an asset

2-3 FMCG sales, trade marketing experience would be the ideal combination for the role

• RGM & Sales Control Manager will lead the Revenue Growth Management with accountability for development and implementation of the overall RGM strategy via guidelines for Pricing, Promotions, Trade spend and Assortment and tools and processes for in-market optimization.

• Assisting S&OP process with on-time data input, consolidation, analysis & suggestions.

• Makes routine sales control to ensure the budget allocation and invoice submission is inline with strategies. Auditing invoices coming from customers and report to process compliance status.

• Proactively and collaboratively work across the Company to determine the strategies that can effectively be used as a lever to grow revenue and improve profit for the organization.
