This position is a 12 month maternity cover 


The BPL Supply will work closely with the Super Users and BPOs, representing a specific end-to-end business process that are operated using SAP.  This role will support the deployment of the global template, facilitating change management, aiding UAT, EUT etc ensuring adherence to standard process and continuous improvement based on internal and external best practice.


What you will be doing: 

  • Responsible for ensuring the Global Template is deployed effectively and that the business is prepared and ready for the transformation
  • Guides the Reckitt Super Users through the deployment of the Global Template and liaises with the central BPO team to ensure that all tasks are understood and completed in line with the expected timings and effectiveness
  • Works closely with the Central BPO, IBM Functional Analysts, SAP CC, OCM team and Data Migration Team in the resolution/review of issues, risks and business impacts for the owned process
  • Supporting local markets in preparation phase, gathering the questionnaires, supporting pre-training 
  • Actively supporting Business Change Assessment activities, ensuring Workshops are effective, deep dives organised, requirements clarified, SU prepared for the End to End Walkthroughs
  • Ensure that each solution aligns to the business requirements (documented via User Requirements specification) but at the same time ensures that any business need driving a localisation requirement is strongly challenged. For localisations, justification must be documented and endorsement by the central BPO
  • Supports change management in the market – ensuring the market makes the necessary change management activities to ensure a successful go live
  • Provides support to Super Users with localisation including documenting local solution in LSOPs or User Guides 
  • Drives the scope of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supports the preparation and execution by the SU
  • Supports the business in delivery of master data cleansing, creation and validation
  • Proactively identifies internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the deployment methodology
  • Facilitates Hypercare and Anchoring activities on site post Go Live


What we are looking for:

  • Excellent SAP knowledge in relevant area, including S4 Hana.  Preferably both implementation and in business use
  • Project experience (preferably implementation of SAP, PRINCE methodology)
  • Previous operational experience; 5-10yrs in relevant roles, ideally with international experience
  • Good end to end knowledge of relevant business processes
