With significant strengthening of data privacy regulations across many of our key markets, RB has created a Global Privacy Office aimed at embedding good privacy practice within its business and ensuring it meets its regulatory compliance obligations. The Global HR Data Compliance lead will play an important role in delivering and maintaining Reckitt internal documentation required to meet GDPR requirements for Article 35 Data Protection Impact Assessments, Vendor and Asset Assessments and Article 30 Records of Processing. The role requires strong data privacy analysis and assessment expertise combined with a technical background and, to be successful, must be a technically proficient multi-tasker who is capable of working efficiently in a fast paced HR environment.

The role will be to design, project manage and oversee deliverables within the Global Data Privacy Programme, as well as providing day to day data privacy support to the business.

You’ll succeed because…

…You have privacy compliance, IT security/ InfoSec background and experience. You have expert knowledge of data privacy legislation including GDPR and ability to be able to draw on the privacy teams and expertise within the Group. You have experience with risk assessment and risk management. You have strong knowledge of IT processes and procedures gained from working in or closely with IT, Digital and/or HR functions. You've got the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment with fast moving priorities. You have a strong analytical background with audit/assessment experience. You have the ability to communicate privacy requirements effectively to technical teams from IT, Digital, HR and Marketing functions and the ability to work with a significant degree of autonomy.
