About the role

Your Responsibilities

- Spearhead insights and analytics initiatives with a market focus, delivering actionable intelligence to shape regional strategies. 
- Analyse market data to uncover trends and consumer behaviours, providing a foundation for informed business decision-making. 

- Work collaboratively with teams across the company to surface opportunities and address market challenges. 

- Craft and execute advanced analytical models and reports, customised for unique market requirements. 

- Educate and inspire your team, promoting insight-driven culture and best practices to achieve our market objectives. 

- Champion innovative approaches, tools, and analytical methods to sharpen our market insights edge. 

The experience we are looking for

  • Solid technical quant experience (i.e. building questionnaires, managing fieldwork, data cleaning/ weighting and running descriptive and advanced statistical analyses)
  • Hands-on experience with analytics (ability to perform descriptive and advanced statistical analysis, mastery of statistical analysis and techniques) combined with strong business insights are essential for this position
  • Expertise across a wide range of research topics (growth, pricing, branding, customer experience, etc.)
  • Proven success in identifying and embedding insights, particularly within marketing and brand teams
  • Excellent project management and written and oral communications skills 
  • Ability to hit the ground running, multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Development of strong relationships within the business and across teams/markets (i.e. DCG Strategy, CDO I&A, IMEX I&A, Marketing)
  • Ability to quickly shape the needs, identify the right solutions and make clear recommendations
  • Manage and developing strong relationships with multiple stakeholders Work in a matrix organisation
