You will own the Performance marketing (PFx) capability globally for Reckitt and operate as the global lead amongst our performance marketing community. You will be a master of scalable execution and growth hacking and are able to mobilise global communities to the same. You will impact your community equally with known best practice and ‘test & learn through webinars, academies, and external partner aligned training; your goal is to impact company performance on a global scale by enabling teams in all countries to deliver outperformance and consumer WOW. 

Within PFx, you will be responsible for the global curriculum and adoption of all PFx tools, focused on ongoing adoption of BOTF AI (Artificial Intelligence) media buying on Amazon, Pure-Players, and Omni-channel retailers. You will explore, develop, and deploy a scalable performance marketing framework to enable your community to measure and outperform across customer, channel and up & down the funnel.

Your responsibility with be to further identify, develop and deploy search advertising driven growth opportunities across multiple channels. You will also ideate, own, and deliver productivity/RGM projects on Search advertising with a particular focus on Amazon & Pure Players. You will also lead globally the ongoing search for ever better partners, tools & capabilities in the space of PFx. Global AI coverage & best in class status within FMCG/CPG is your goal.

You will also own several internal and external relationships with key service & capability partners, delivering the product/service to markets globally, and rolling out suitable adoption & governance guardrails. 

You’ll succeed because…

… You are, or have been a Performance Marketeer, managing spend across multiple channels & brands across the full spectrum of media spend opportunities. You must have a depth of mastery & knowledge of Amazon Self-Service Advertising. You are a master of both organic traffic and paid traffic models, and have managed both simultaneously. You have a deep understanding of digital media, attribution models and all digital media performance metrics. You have a good understanding of programmatic & DSP advertising, targeting, consumer segments. You have the ability to build and shape partner relationships with global impact focused on building shared success. Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing internal teams (Head of ecommerce, Regional Area Directors). Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured environments. Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles. Coaching skills / experience focused on upskilling teams
