This role supports the Group Insurance Director and Group Insurance Manager in providing effective insurance, risk management and compliance solutions to Reckitt business entities. The role includes liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners (brokers, adjusters, captive managers, insurers) to deliver excellent service.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate, collate, analyse and review risk assessment information from the individual Reckitt business units.
  • Maintain and develop risk information databases using the Risk Management Information System (RMIS).
  • Compile and prepare insurance market submissions.
  • Support policy placement process and the administration of the insurance programmes.
  • Respond to queries from the business and providing advice.
  • Compile premium allocations and deal with internal premium allocation and accounting queries.
  • Laise with captive to ensure accurate premium collection.
  • Support claims handling activities.
  • Liaise with insurance brokers to ensure all policy documentation received in a timely manner and checked for accuracy.
  • Provide data support with acquisition and divestiture activities.
  • Assist with Reckitt’s US insurance programmes including US stakeholder management. Certificate issuance process, renewal data collation, market submission, claims, invoicing, collaterals.
  • Collaborate with members of other corporate teams including Finance, Legal, Environment Health & Safety, and Human Resources.

The experience we're looking for

  • You have a Professional Qualification – ACII or DipCII or making progress towards.
  • You have strong experience in corporate insurance/risk management within a large commercial organisation or international insurance broker or insurer.
  • You ideally have experience of working on global insurance programmes.
  • You have experience of placing insurance and full end-to-end renewal processes.
  • You have experience of best practice global insurance, loss prevention, risk engineering and claims handling practices.
  • You have broad technical insurance policy knowledge.
