This role is responsible for connecting all the dots of the the dots of the ambitious internal and external sustainability agenda of the group using data, technology and systems in all functional domains with the lens of the sustainability transformation (Supply and logistics data, external and internal reporting, product lifecycle, internal and external communication on ESG/SDGs

The IT&D Product Director – Sustainability is responsible for all Products within their scope, ensuring that the end-to-end value for each product is delivered from ideation to retirement. They will partner with a cross functional leadership team, including Supply, R&D, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability as well as Finance to enable the advancement of the sustainability agenda. You will lead a programme to advance the ability to measure, report, plan and optimise our sustainability transformation, in coordination with other in-flight initiatives. You will interpret complex data, producing accessible and meaningful reports and analytics for internal use and external disclosure and certification/audit. Whist helping to foster an environment focused on continuous improvement of people and operational processes.

… you are passionate about sustainability and the challenges the CPG industry faces in this space, you will be able to navigate a complex matrix environment with EQ and have stellar interpersonal skills. You will be implementing the short- and long-term high-level product line strategy and vision alongside roadmaps whilst applying product management discipline to full scope of accountability and to each product within the produce line and proactively manages produce life cycle. You are passionate about continuous improvement through innovative and data driven practices and are excited to oversee the long-term business capability automation and digitalisation roadmap for the business outcomes the products and the product group deliver. You want to enable prioritisation, whilst also maintaining the IT&D governance process. Integration between products and platforms must work, whilst managing all securing compliance and risk management within your scope.
