We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, agile, and pragmatic lawyer to join the Health division of our UK and Ireland business, as Legal Counsel on a 12 month FTC .

Joining a truly global legal team, you’ll: 

• Work closely with the digital and ecommerce teams and the broader marketing teams to provide strategic advice and approval on all legal aspects of product marketing and advertising especially through digital channels.
• Assist the legal director and senior counsel as required on any crisis or major issues impacting the UK and/or Ireland business.
• Draft and managing legal implications under a range of commercial agreements.
• Provide strategic advice on privacy issues in the digital space and in the capture and use of consumer data.

You’ll succeed because… 

…you’re an experienced, qualified lawyer who thinks commercially and relishes finding solutions to challenges. You'll be: 

• A qualified in the relevant jurisdiction with at least 3 years of high quality post-qualification experience.
• Digital mindset and understanding of technology and social media.
• Prepared to stand behind legal advice while remaining flexible and open to others’ views
