As part of Group Finance IT&D Business Partnership Function, the IT&D Business Relationship Management is the IT&D organisation’s advocate and communicator with the business units assigned. Guiding Tax, Treasury and Legal teams in effectively utilising IT&D to accomplish their goals. This role will require critical thinking and tenacity, working with stakeholders at all levels to make sure that business IT&D needs and requirements are met including leveraging existing applications where possible.

- Experience with collecting and prioritising business requirements and scoping projects in Finance.
- Understand Tax, Legal and Treasury functions and their objectives.
- Have excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with scoping IT&D demand.
- Empathise and listening skills to be able see problems from Business perspective.
- Experience in nurturing and developing a collaborative, consultative and value drive partnership across Business and IT&D stakeholders.
- Have a high level of accountability and ownership from conception through to delivery, operation and value realization.
- Understand application lifecycle and project lifecycle.

- Lead Demand Initial Assessment process and Demand Portfolio Management for all pre-project in Group Finance, Tax, Treasury and Legal areas
- Drive pre-project work including scoping capturing, business requirements gathering, costs, resources, benefits, timelines, etc
- Identify ways to apply technology (new and existing) to the business enabling efficiency improvements or strategic goals realisation
- Develop and maintain the integrated demand portfolio level plan, capture assumptions and identify dependencies for IT&D Demands
- Lead and maintain demand portfolio meeting cadence across pre- projects/ IT&D Demands.
- Collating and maintaining IT&D Roadmaps for Finance process areas
- Lead Quarterly Roadmap review meetings
- Work alongside our Solution Architecture and IT&D Innovation Teams to champion and oversee effective solution design, development and delivery.
Desired:
- 6-8 + years of business experience in one or all the responsible functions
- Demonstrable experience working with senior leaders in the organization
- Demonstrable experience working well with external partner (IT&D vendors) in technology and process improvement projects
- Ability to clarify ambiguous requirements and manage business expectations
- Plan / schedule pre-project activities by engaging with number of IT&D and business stakeholders
- Experience of scoping complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects
- Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships across IT&D and business
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
- Able to prioritise work and balance competing demands
- Able to deal with conflict and mediate
