About the role

Are you ready to ensure all of our projects are launched on time? As an NPD Executive you will work with our factory and embellishment teams to lead on all New Product Development and Existing Product Development alongside our commercial and marketing teasms.

Your responsibilities

- Work with Marketing teams to identify new product opportunities for the UK. 
- Project manage factory and embellishment NPD and EPDs from start to finish. 
- Lead the packaging development with packaging suppliers and production partners to ensure the new products are designed optimally for cost and manufacturing.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across the portfolio including; gross margin savings, operation process improvements etc. 
- Populate and gain approval for the packaging assembly methods required for new embellishment SKUs.

- Project Management Skills 
- Skilled in managing a diverse set of data and using it to make informed decisions.
- Able to collaborate across functions and influence without authority.
- Adept at forging strong relationships and building effective partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain planning and advanced data analysis.
- Committed to continuous improvement and excellence in business processes.
