About the role

You will be delivering and sustaining the global External Manufacturing Organisation (EMO) excellence by building the database, conducting the global EMO segmentation, creating the insightful KPI dashboard and driving the governance on the operating model across the organizations. You will also be liaising and managing relationships with vendors and external suppliers. There will be UK and Europe travel to meet with vendors and suppliers.

Your responsibilities

  • Creating the global EMO database (e.g. RMPM) with close collaboration with the Operational Procurement EMO team
  • Analyzing the global EMO data and identifying the opportunity to optimize the networks across the supply chain.
  • Managing the global EMO, including contract negotiation in conjunction with legal team
  • Conducting benchmark studies for global EMO with external leading suppliers as well as Reckitt’s factories
  • Standardizing, implementing, and tracking the KPIs (compliance, service, cost, quality etc.) across the global EMOs.
  • Collaborating with the operational Procurement EMO team and Reckitt global stakeholders to manage and mitigate the risks.
  • Applying the global RMPM strategy (and other best practice inhouse) to the global EMOs
  • Supporting NPD launches, reviewing and improving the NPD processes for global EMOs by applying lessons learnt
  • Standardizing the operating model by mapping and analyzing the existing processes and R&R and creating the governance structure
  • Identifying the opportunity to integrate with the key EMOs to leverage the E2E planning capability.

The experience we're looking for

- A proven track record in procurement roles, with a keen focus on planning or factories is a plus.
- Excellence in negotiation, coupled with sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive nature, adept at balancing multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills for both internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient with procurement systems and the MS Office Suite, enabling swift management of procurement activities.
