As a Senior Content and CX Strategist you’ll be responsible for the development and design of content and consumer experience strategies, in a way that delivers business growth (acquisition, engagement, conversion). They will work closely with both Regional and Local CRM, Brand and eCommerce leaders; implementing data-led strategies, developing conversion-focused content and leading creative innovation. The role requires strong creative and digital expertise – building app-centric plans and editorializing brand strategies to ensure we build the strongest possible relationship with 100% of new moms across the region.

What you will be doing:

  • Own & lead creative strategies that drive 1P data collection and sales from known audiences
  • Increase app & D2C content performance & relevance through Moments of Meaning framework 
  • Lead key campaigns with global Content Studio and key innovation projects
  • Create asset banks to support all IFCN markets
  • Consult and innovate across all eCommerce brands but with a focus on Infant & Child Nutrition  Health ad Hygiene portfolio
  • Liaise and manage multiple stakeholders throughout the region – providing the Global CARE team with a clear view on the region’s progress, challenges and successes

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent in GA analytics and SFMC
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant disciplines 
  • The proven ability to deliver creative strategies that drive growth, the passion and drive to engage at all levels across the business to develop a Customer First strategy
  • Communications and story-telling skills that combine a data analyst with journalism mentalities 
  • Mind-set of applying data and analytics to track performance and refine strategy 
  • Understand characteristics of different social media platform and how to effectively leverage on them to build customer engagement 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation and content management 
  • Knowledge of digital technologies especially how enterprises across the world are leveraging them to transform their customer experience and advance their approach in customer engagement
