About the role

Are you a creative trailblazer eager to shape the future of e-commerce? As our Digital Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital media strategy and execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales. You’ll have the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the leading global consumer products.

 

Your responsibilities


In summary, you'll:
- Develop and implement bespoke media strategies that amplify our e-commerce channels.
- Lead paid media campaigns on digital platforms to stimulate traffic and sales growth.
- Partner with our teams to create dynamic digital content, driving campaign success.
- Utilise analytical tools to monitor performance and pivot strategies for better outcomes.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and market trends, adapting to seize every opportunity.
- Manage media budgets diligently to maximise return and meet financial goals.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to continuously innovate our media efforts.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a specialty in e-commerce.
- Mastery of digital advertising platforms (like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and various platforms (Social, Programmatic, Search)
- Analytical mindset, translating data into actionable strategies.
- Multitasking, with strong ability to juggle various campaigns with finesse.
- Strategic and creative thinking to develop memorable and effective media plans.
- Collaborative spirit, working seamlessly with internal teams and external agencies.
- Flair for storytelling, using creativity to share our brand's narrative.
- Knowledgeable in P & L management, with a keen commercial acumen.
