With complete involvement from the first day, you’ll be part of a team that bring our leading brands to millions. You’ll take responsibility for marketing projects from the outset. You’ll gain new skills and experience and be fully included as part of our global team. This could include new product launches, in-store promotional activities or involvement with the creative approach. The key focus will be on ‘learning through doing’ but with the support of our marketing team. 

 

 

Responsibility: 

 

  • Innovation: Developing new products based on Trade or consumer insights. From quantifying the opportunity to developing the right 4Ps proposition, trade story and launch support.
  • Portfolio management: Managing the brand's portfolio through possible regulatory changes and discontinuations. Updating the portfolio assets for the Sales Team such as SKU menu, packshot or product catalogue content. 
  • Communication: Implementing the agreed brand communication pipeline in sync with in-store events. Managing bespoke communication channels (e.g. website, Facebook page), developing the required assets and monitoring performance against reach and engagement KPI's.
  • Trade Marketing: Defining assortment, price and promotion KPIs per channel. Tailoring Business Development Initiatives (BDI) utilizing local trade and consumer insights. Supporting Sales Team with Category growth stories and Trade assets (POSM).
  • Brand performance: Tracking and analyzing brand performance utilizing Nielsen and financial reports. Amending plan to act on new challenges/opps.
  • Budget management: Crafting the yearly brands' budgets based on ROI and managing the spend 

 

You will be supporting the Category Marketing and Trade Marketing Manager on the brand's strategic management and ad-hoc tasks such as: 

 

  • Brand Plan 
  • Business Review
  • P&L management

Qualifications: 

 

Education: Master's degree or equivalent from recognized business school or university

Experience:  Few years of experience from trade marketing, brand marketing, communication or innovation with gained skills conceptualizing, developing marketing strategies, tactics and measurable implementation from FMCG, OTC or retail industry. 

Language skills: Fluency in English (both oral and written). Fluency in one of the Nordic languages would be a plus.

IT: Advanced user of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel / Experience with AC Nielsen, CATMAN and other market research software would be a plus.
