The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee all media campaign execution in the Nordics while working closely with Brand, eCommerce, Trade Marketing, and various Media Agencies to ensure that our media drives a measurable ROI. This person will own our digital campaigns from end to end, while overseeing the optimization framework in partnership with our key agency of record.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with the Brand and eCommerce teams to create a frictionless consumer journey that proves intent to buy.
- Work with Agencies in developing media strategies that deliver on Brand business objectives.
- Leverage various data sources to influence precision Marketing at scale. Examples include Programmatic Buying to Audience Segmentation to DCO.
- Define eCommerce traffic/conversion strategy and develop a local success model for all relevant brands and customers.
- Drive strategic use of first party data in compliance with GDPR principles.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage core technologies (Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, DoubleVerify, BrandWatch etc.).
- Own and proactively measure Digital Media performance against KPIs defined for each step in an activation funnel.
- Own the conception of a KPI framework to ensure campaigns are monitored accurately and efficiently (what’s working and what isn’t).
- Use data-driven insights for effective budget allocation.
- Assist in analyzing and optimizing performance across paid, owned and earned channels including Social Media and eCommerce.
- Assist Brand Teams in monitoring owned website performance via Google Analytics.
- Analyze competitor Digital Media strategies and use this to improve RB´s campaign competitiveness.
- Be willing to learn about and be an expert in all relevant tools & technologies required to excel in your role. This includes all DSP interfaces, Audience Planning Tools, Social Listening Tools, Dashboards, etc.
- Upgrade Digital Marketing knowledge and skills in the organization.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor / Master's degree in Media Management or Digital Communication.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital role in Media Agency and/or company in the digital economy or FMCG company in similar function. Additionally, you have experience from running eCommerce media campaigns.
Language skills: Fluency in English and Nordic languages are considered a plus.
Technical skills: Experience with technologies such as Google Analytics, DV360, SA360, DoubleVerify, Facebook Business Insights, BrandWatch, Amazon Vebdor Central, Amazon DSP etc; Have hands on experience with A/B testing, Audience Segmentation, Programmatic Media Buying. and SEA/SEM. Knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
