Your responsibilities

• Performs PMs as required
• Perform minor daily repairs and adjustments as needed
• Provide uniform training to new Operators that you are asked to train
• Receive in-depth training from ManTechs and Elsner Mechanic on Elsner maintenance, blade changes, and mechanical operations
• Maintains working knowledge of all equipment necessary for this operation
• Assist Maintenance when needed
• Work with Team Leadership to bring all Elsners to operating efficiency
• Performs other duties as required by Leadership
• Follows all Safety Rules and wears all required PPE
• Move rolls with Forklift

• Able to operate a fork truck with clamp attachment
• Must be able to frequently stand, stoop, bend, reach overhead, walk, climb/work from heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
