Working with a wealth of customer and market data, you’ll make our marketing initiatives more effective than ever. You’ll provide clarity about customer and consumer behaviours. You’ll understand our current performance – and see how it could be improved. Your insight and analysis will ensure we make fact-based decisions to improve our market share and position. And you’ll help us create and develop new business opportunities. 


Tasks & Responsibilities: 


  • Build 4Ps gap analysis and work with sales and customer marketing to agree upon/develop clear and specific plans for corrective actions  
  • Build distribution plans for new and existing products  
  • Drive Key Account Managers with market insights and internal KPIs  
  • Build robust trade stories and collaborate with KAM for BIP customer meetings  
  • Build annual BDI plans for added value in the market  
  • Track, understand and use promotion and sales data from the multiple platforms available to drive brand strategy
  • Own the Embellishment catalogue, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver BIC solutions.  
  • Observes current GDP legislation – Good Distribution Practice.   





  • Successful Marketing - FMCG, OTC or retail. Managing TV advertised brands.
  • Category Management - FMCG, OTC or retail. 
  • Customer management process 
  • Analysis of large and complex data; Syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI, Spectra, Panel Data, A&Us) 


Language skills: Fluency in English and Swedish 


Other requirements: 

  • Experience with Marketing strategies, planning issues, priority settings, project management, commercial understanding of corporate and operational business, market sector targeting and communication through several media.
