Key Account Manager, Sweden - Health

Reckitt Health, Sweden operates in the most exciting region in Europe, the Nordics. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive profitable growth in line with Company objectives within some of our Omnichannel customers. In most cases, these customers have highly developed big data and customer insights where we need to challenge ourselves and combine input from Swedish local insight and Reckitt's global best practices to grow the sales of our fantastic Health portfolio.


The Key Account Manager we are searching for, is passionate about driving sales, profit, and category growth to exceed the targets set in all categories across portfolios and have a huge interest in how to develop Omnichannel experience together with their customers. What is expected from this role? 

  • Continuously develop the strategy to meet account targets both offline and online, whilst fostering a Test and Learn approach to omnichannel. 

  • Leverage shopper and retailer insights to identify and develop out-of-box Omnichannel activation plans 

  • Develop multi-level relationships with the accounts. 

  • Achievement of account sales and trade investment targets for allocated accounts.

  • Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements in line with nominated major account's profile (including share of shelf, visibility at POS, Distribution penetration across product range, Retail pricing, Consumer and Trade promotions and discounts). 

  • Turning the latest insights and trend for the market and categories we operate in into category growth opportunities for Reckitt and your customers. 




  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent 



  • 3-5 years experience in FMCG or retail 

  • Of which at least 2 years in relevant roles such as Key account management, Category Management, Marketing Management etc with E-commerce focus



  • Fluency in English and Swedish - both oral and written 



  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel

It should be noted that since we operate within a market where most customers are data driven, this role requires an analytical mindset that is used to draw conclusion from big set of data and have previously worked with Nielsen/IQVIA data.
