Sales Coordinator - Temporary Contract

This is a temporary employment until January 2023. This role is an opportunity to join our dynamic and fast-moving environment - a place where you can prove yourself and make a difference. 


Joining a high-performing team, you’ll support them in delivering outstanding results. The work is varied and fast-paced. It will include routine tasks (that you’ll find better ways to complete) and also projects of varying complexity. Working independently to find the best way forward, you’ll take on a wide range of activities. Ultimately, you will play a pivotal role in keeping the team running smoothly. 


Your responsibilities: 


  • Drive specific projects to support the KAMs and Channel Managers to deliver profitable growth in line with Company objectives
  • Lead the process around product launches, including preparation of trade stories and submission of Product information/codes (exder & validoo) 
  • Perform data analysis and developing Sales arguments/Strategies to successfully grow our brands and deepen our relationships with our customers
  • Display process super user and co-driver of Display strategy in local market together with Channel Managers (OAS, FastSKU, GS1, BMS & Price List creation & communication of display portfolio to field sales) 
  • Develop and support the KAM delivery of 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion) 
  • Office administration tasks (SAP related) 



Short Description



Education: Bachelor or Master's Degree in the business area




  • Experience from FMCG industry 
  • Customer and Sales Management 
  • Business Excellence 
  • Building business / customer relationships 
  • 4P execution 



  • Fluency in English and Swedish (both oral and written) 


  • Excel - advanced 
  • PowerPoint, Sales Systems Software - basic
