- Role Purpose:is a key role within the IT Supply organisation and this role will be responsible for relationship and demand management for Reckitt China factories.
- Be responsible for activation of all strategic IT&D initiatives in the factories in question, and accountable for driving global programme deployment through all factories. Establishing an account manager relationship with X factory leadership teams, this person will ensure that there is a clear communication line between all parties and that stakeholders buy in and commit to a transformation journey. The role is based on site or regional, to support transformation in our largest health & hygiene factories and provide direct engagement with the factory teams.
- Work hand in hand with business leadership teams to implement business, process, data and technology standards as part of a global transformation programme, as well as ensuring that Health and site-specific demands are considered, and that Taicang remain vital contributors in the group innovation programme. In managing the relationship, this person will also continuously monitor support service to the factories, coordinate communications and escalations in critical situations and champion a healthy and stable factory IT ecosystem.
- It reports to the Senior IT Business Relationship Management - Health & Hygiene and will work with the Regional/Site Manufacturing Directors the operational teams. The role is part of a wider of business facing IT personnel taking account of all of Reckitt’s Health and Hygiene’s manufacturing.
Qualification:
•Great business partnering: To build relationships (virtually and in-person) with the Reckitt Manufacturing community within the region, as well as the global Health & Hygiene and IT communities.
•Be confident to guide and challenge the thinking of leaders through superior communication and presentation skills
• Work within a matrix environment providing support and deliverables for Solutions Delivery and Demand Management from the resource pool
• Oversight on the relationship and execution of Manufacturing operations with sufficient process understanding to present solutions to business teams, whilst equally articulating problems to technical or delivery teams. He or she is to develop a strong understanding of and actively exploit the benefits of key applications used in Reckitt.
• Sound judgment and strong IT and commercial acumen: persistent and focused on the best possible outcome for Reckitt and aligning outcomes to the business goals; In line with agreed plans ensure successful delivery of local and global projects.
• Must be a proactive self-starter: able to network, learn and take decisions independently; able to clarify and document unclear situations, set standards and drive out uncertainty
• Attitude and aptitude to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding, dynamic and ambiguous environment, with the personal integrity to make positive change and continuously look for improvement opportunities
