Senior Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Officer, Health

A key part of our healthcare business, you’ll be responsible for supporting our medical science activities. With a broad remit, you’ll guide our research, product development and medical strategy. You’ll ensure high-quality medical and clinical documentation. You’ll investigate product claims. Ultimately, by building our reputation within healthcare and supporting our marketing activities you’ll help ensure our future growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
•    Ensuring vigilance processes are being followed in the local market, whilst liaising with the Global Vigilance Group (GVG) to ensure alignment of PV processes. 
•    Ensuring all systems are compliant with both the Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the local regulatory requirements for both Australia and New Zealand
•    Ensuring all Vigilance & drug safety processes are followed, in line with relevant standard operating procedures, industry regulations and legislation. 
•    Assist in preparation tasks for TGA audits
•    Completion of key tasks in the provision of safety services and vigilance to facilitate and support the on-going, oversight of consumer safety, marketing and maintenance of licenses for all Reckitt products including medicines, medical devices, and cosmetics.

Key Requirements:
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pharmacovigilance. 
•    Desirable to have experience across a range of product classifications (including medical device Vigilance and Cosmetovigilance)
•    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work both independently to problem solve and also collaboratively to ensure compliance
•    Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to take on high level of responsibility
•    Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast paced, agile environment 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication 
•    Ability to interpret complex information, and relay to others in a way they understand 
•    Enjoys working as part of a cross functional & collaborative team
