eCommerce, Digital Performance Manager | Health

As an eCom Performance Manager, your core focus is to own & drive the traffic acquisition strategy for eCommerce business through in-platform and out-of-platform media.

 

Working as part of the Global Digital Factory team, you will be the local champion of eCommerce Performance and have the opportunity to share and learn best practice from the offshore digital buying specialists.

Responsible for a growth market, you’ll find new ways to make your mark. You’ll:
 

  • Be an active member of eCommerce team, demonstrating ‘growth hacking’ and ‘resourceful’ mindset
  • Take an analytical and evidence-led approach to performance management 
  • Manage the strategy, day to day execution & optimisation of in platform media assets for major eCommerce retailers across eGrocery, ePharmacy Amazon & Pureplay (Online Only Stores) with a view to future expansion as retail media landscape changes.
  • Own and manage out of platform Amazon DSP & sponsored ads incl. annual plan and day to day optimisation of investment learning and sharing best practices locally and globally.
  • Apply eCommerce traffic model to work back from the sales target to identify traffic targets & optimisation opportunities while maintaining an optimal spend mix
  • Ensure top class win in search expertise, staying ahead on key word bidding strategy both in-platform and where applicable, out-platform ie Google shopping for trade related packages. 
  • Have deep understanding of SKU prioritisation based on traffic & conversion rate trends
  • Engage platform marketing solutions and stakeholders at multiple levels to formalise ways of working for increased collaboration and performance

  • Be a proactive self-starter with can-do attitude; demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit; 
  • Have experience and exposure to digital media, paid search, re-targeting (Amazon Advertising & Citrus)
  • Show a strong analytical and data mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions
  • Command over data & insights tools, particularly Excel
  • Experience of working with dominant eCommerce players in the market is an added advantage (eGrocery & Amazon)
  • Strong inter-personal skills & great communicator, able to independently engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project and budget management abilities;
  • Degree qualified or equivalent - business-related discipline preferred
