About the role

As HR Business Partner in our Tatabánya factory you will report to our local HR Manager. In this position you will be responsible for providing strategic support as well as acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries and drive HR strategy for our white-collar employee group. You will also: 

 

  • Provide strategic partnering and HR related support for the white-collar employee group
  • Focus on building key stakeholder relationships and understanding of business to support fulfilling business objectives
  • Drive implementation of global/regional HR strategies and initiatives locally
  • Participate in HR projects (internal communication and events)
  • Provide guidance and support managers in the field of employee issues, labor law to ensure successful implementation of labor policies, and compliance with laws

Your responsibilities

 

  • Manage work council relations as necessary
  • Accountable for reviewing compensation programs, collective bargaining process and performance-based pay principles and supporting compensation decisions based on input from regional Reward CoE (Centre of Excellence)
  • Stand as the performance coach for managers, in line with plant needs/KPIs – support performance calibration where applicable
  • Develop strategic priorities, including talent acquisition/management, leadership development, career pathing and succession planning, talent mobility, and talent reviews
  • Ensure that factory training and learning management system and plan is effective for all colleagues in your scope of work (white-collar employee group)
  • Competency development of employees, creating career paths and personal development plan
  • Recruitment and selection of the employees for the white-collar colleagues in the organization in line with regional Talent Acquisition processes
  • Use HR data and analytics to leverage insights to proactively seek and implement solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategy
  • Support with effective management of time and attendance systems and attendance policies, as necessary
  • Provide support with individual employee matters

The experience we're looking for

  • University or College degree
  • Proven experience across diverse areas of HR (e.g.: talent management, C&B and Learning and development) as HR Business Partner/HR Generalist with minimum 2 years of experience
  • User level knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Fluent English besides native Hungarian
  • Possess knowledge about Hungarian labor regulations
  • Innovative and problem-solving attitude
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Open minded, supportive, proactive and resilient personality
  • Ability to manage complexity, efficient in priority setting
