About the role

We're seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager Large + to lead our Maintenance Engineering team in a bustling factory environment. Your responsibilities

- Spearhead the capital investment plan, ensuring a forward-looking strategy covers a rolling 5-year period.
- Manage the end-to-end capital investment process, from conception to delivery, achieving projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee a comprehensive view of investment plans, marshalling resources to serve internal customers effectively.
- Ensure project success criteria and business advantages are realised as per the plan.
- Advance continuous improvement across all facets of systems, practises, and outcomes.
- Conduct thorough reviews and appraisals for team members, fostering professional growth.

The experience we're looking for

- Solid background in projects and manufacturing with demonstrated leadership and team management prowess.
- Adept at understanding engineering and production processes to drive successful outcomes.
- Track record of delivering projects in line with financial and commercial principles.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
- Proven capability in supply chain management, business partnership, and analytical skills geared towards operational excellence.
