Your responsibilities

- Drive the Technology Transfer process to move efficient manufacturing practises from R & D to Production seamlessly.
- Execute validation systems responsibly to guarantee technical excellence.
- Enhance process development, focusing on cost reduction, quality enhancement, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide inventive technical support to our Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sites, endorsing world-class manufacturing and engineering strategies.
- Review and optimise manufacturing processes to identify the most cost-effective supply strategies at Reckitt.
- Implement the company's strategic goals within the Technical Department, translating objectives into actionable plans.

The experience we're looking for

- Strong background and experience in manufacturing technology, preferably within pharmaceuticals and FMCG industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of standards and regulations.
- Skilled in interpersonal relations, with the ability to influence effectively.
- Solid understanding of material properties and their impact on processing technology.
- Proven capability in managing projects within set budgets and deadlines.
