About The Role

As Quality engineer in our Tatabánya factory you will report to Quality team leader. In this position you will be responsible for mainly for nonconformity management, trend analysis and leading quality projects for continuous improvement. 

You will also:

  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing the cost, waste and enhancing efficiency to achieve long-term objectives 
  • Manage root cause problem solving of the internal non-conformities. Reporting within local organisation. 
  • Supervising consumer/customer complaint process. Corrective/preventive actions follow up. 
  • Maintain quality mindset by providing support to local teams for quality assurance matters, problem solving and efficient utilization of the tools within Quality Management System (RCPS, Risk assessment, change control, deviation and CAPA)
  • Support the product development team by managing and supervising product and process tests
  • Support local and global initiatives including training, and roll-out coordinating with other stakeholder

The Experience We're Looking For:

  • University or college degree 
  • 2-3 years experience in quality management, manufacturing (FMCG advantage)
  • Knowledge of core quality tools
  • Good analytical skills
  • Root cause analysis and practical approach to problem solving
  • Purpose-driven target-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Open mindset, supportive attitude
  • Excellent teamwork and communication
  • Fluent English besides native Hungarian
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
