About the role

As an Industrial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing industrial processes to meet strategic goals.

Your responsibilities

  • Inventory analysis, main focus: monitor stock level, usage and inventory variance, provision and deferral estimation
  • Analysis of productions orders, variances act vs standard cost
  • Product costing: quotation of new products, sourcing analysis, evaluate and monitor BOM variance projects
  • Purchase prices variances analysis and monthly reports
  • Annual review of the standard costs and transfer price calculation of FGs on a quarterly base
  • Support the budget and forecast process
  • Drive process excellence initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste
  • Internal Controls: support on the tracking of control framework and improving the quality of the evidence and control environment.

The experience we're looking for

  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial control or FP&A, with a proven track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements.
