Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
As a Junior Key Account Manager at Reckitt, you will be responsible for our entire portfolio of powerhouse brands and have the freedom to transform strong customer relationships into lasting partnerships. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing joint business plans, aligning the success of our customers with our own growth objectives.

Your responsibilities
- Independently manage and develop key accounts with full ownership and responsibility.
- Prepare for annual business reviews, present new product launches, and adapt and implement business strategies.
- Create customer presentations and prepare meetings.
- Analyze and optimize performance based on the 4 Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to continuously improve sales and profitability potential.
- Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to continuously optimize customer potential and implement targeted category management initiatives.
- Conduct regular sales forecasting and monitor forecast performance.
- Analyze and optimize distribution, product listings, and product placement to maximize performance and visibility.
The experience we're looking for
- A university or university of applied sciences degree in a relevant field, preferably with a business administration background (Sales/Retail).
- Initial professional experience in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders in support of your projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of business opportunities and risks.
- A flexible team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Fluent German and English language skills are required.
- Knowledge of French would be an advantage and would complement your profile, but it is not a prerequisite.
