Cyber Security Service Delivery Analyst

This role will be supporting Reckitt Security Operations Team and Cyber Security Delivery Manager in facilitating in identification and delivery of IT/IS infrastructure, IT/IS business services to design, build, and improve Reckitt Security Operations Services globally. 


  • Responsible for the appropriate operational cadence to support service reviews with stakeholders 
  • Driving appropriate escalation measures as defined in RB’s processes 
  • Maintaining Security Review processes and service catalog to include identifying gaps and enhancements necessary to reduce risk and execute proper execution 
  • Providing regular reporting on our operational work & program recommendations that showcase the impact and efficiency of our global operations and strategy 
  • Using critical thinking to gain actionable insights from data/research. Consistently anticipate and account for internal and external implications of decisions. Solve problems with thorough due diligence of available information to suggest data-driven decisions 
  • Responsible for timely reporting on performance of the Security Operations Services and supporting Vendors 
  • Supporting the operational administration of multiple vendors management
  • Driving continuous improvement of services 
  • Identify and register risks and issues on behalf of RB Security Operations 

You'll succeed because…You have … 

  • 5 + years relevant experience in an IT Service Management role with responsibility for ITSM process design, execution, and continual improvement 
  • 6 + years relevant experience participating in, managing the maturation of the following: Change Enablement, Problem Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management, Continual Service Improvement, Service Level Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, Capacity Management
  • 3+ years relevant experience participating in, managing multiple vendors (offshore, nearshore) 
  • Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results 
  • Experience of working in a global / multi-site, matrix environment  
  • BA / Master`s degree in data analytics or IT fields   
  • Strong management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written) are required 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results, an energetic, self-starter who can work independently with diverse teams 
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL/COBIT or other IT Service Management concepts and principles 
  • Expirience with ITIL V3/V4 nice to have certification, ITIL V4 certification preferred 
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Service-Now, BMC Remedy, Jira, HPE Service Manager) 
  • Experience and knowledge with managing projects with different methodologies such as ( PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile Frameworks), preferred certification. 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools 
  • Strong proficiency in English.
