E2E Supply Junior Specialist (Graduate Development Programme in Warsaw Hub)

Warsaw, Poland

Start date: 3rd of June

As a Graduate, you will have a chance to join a fast-track 18-24 months (full-time), cross-function program for young talents with regional cooperation and dedicated regional development plan, having the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the world’s most leading consumer products. It will enable you to gain an extensive view of the business and speed up your career!

During the program, you will go through at least 2 rotations within the business functions/team in Supply Chain.

Your responsibilities

  • support the Standard Operating Procedures creation
  • co-create the Capability building framework in supply chain planning
  • overlook the Process map and its development within the supply chain planning area
  • execute operational tasks within the process map to link theory with execution within: statistical forecasting, supply & demand balancing, systems' maintenance and end users' training
  • link demand forecasting to production planning within the assignments over the duration of the Programme

The experience we're looking for

  • University undergrads/graduates who have recently completed a degree or will complete their degree in 2024
  • Analytical skills
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Very good knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
  • Ability to work in full-time
  • Leadership potential, high interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Preferably already bringing some experience (internship, student organization, etc.)
