About The Role

Regional HRSS Lead is accountable for leading HR Shared Services operations for the Europe region, which includes various HR SS service line teams based out of Poland regional hub. Together these teams are responsible for the transactions and support services required to operationalise HR programs. Specifically, these teams are responsible for tier 1 (employee/manager self-service) requests through tier 3 (functional specialist requests). The Lead works closely with Europe Business HR and CoE leaders to define processes and procedures that ensure the consistent and effective delivery of HR services for the region. 

Your responsibilities

Vision, Strategy & Leadership

  • Ensure global vision, brand and identity of HR Shared services are tailored to the needs of the region and implements the global HR Shared services Strategy within their region
  • Provides regional input and feeds market specific priorities into the overall HRSS strategy 
  • Accountable for leading, developing and delivering an efficient and effective Employee experience focused HRSS organisation for Europe region 
  • Connects and aligns with Regional Area HRD, HR Directors and Country HRBP leads to understand specific delivery needs and demands and manages the regional services portfolio accordingly

Operational Delivery & Talent Oversight

  • Overall accountable for operational HR service delivery within the Europe region
  • Responsible for balancing of standardisation and efficiency goals with region focused HR goals
  • Accountable for managing demand & supply for HR shared services delivery as well as effective capacity planning and team management to meet the overall market needs
  • Accountable for GDPR and regional LFR (legal fiscal & regulatory) compliant delivery of all services delivered
  • Responsible for the development of HRSS personnel in Poland hub including performance mgmt, wellbeing, L&D and other local operational requirements
  • Undertake day to day management of the Regional HR Shared Services team by creating a one-team ethos to ensure effective delivery
