Your responsibilities

- Collaborate in the development and execution of our IT & D strategy, closely aligning with our overarching business goals.
- Analyse data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, supporting IT & D transformation and innovation efforts.
- Contribute to the governance of IT & D, ensuring our practises meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends to identify opportunities for technological advancement within Reckitt.
- Forge strong relationships with stakeholders, guaranteeing the seamless integration of IT initiatives across the business.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience in project and programme management within IT landscapes.
- A creative approach to problem-solving with a background in design thinking and process automation.
- Experience in managing change and driving innovation within an organisation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to engage in advanced data analytics and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities, ensuring clear, collaborative interactions.
- Understanding of data governance and product compliance in the IT sector.
- Familiarity with market value analysis and creating strategies based on data insights.
