About the role

ServiceNow is a growing platform within Reckitt used by multiple business lines. As part of the high performance ServiceNow team of Reckitt, the role of the Product Architect is to ensure we are deriving the full value of the ServiceNow modules & the Reckitt entitlements while achieving the overall Reckitt goals & objectives.

Your responsibilities

- Accountable for the ServiceNow product architecture, security & health, focusing on the Strategic Portfolio Management module, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap.

- Provide technical leadership for the ServiceNow product, creating reusable components, automations, and integrations, and ensuring the best use of ServiceNow features.

- Enable the product roadmap and co-create product strategy in collaboration with stakeholders

- Work closely with key business units within Reckitt to design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable out-of-the-box applications or custom solutions and processes that meet their needs, including providing business and technical documentation as required.

- Enhance and maintain the processes and solutions built by ServiceNow Vendors and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that Vendor solutions are integrated with existing systems and processes.

- Collaborate with senior Reckitt stakeholders to influence roadmaps for other product lines and platforms and deliver the right solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation with ServiceNow best practices and latest features, and leverage Design Thinking, scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, SOAP, RESTful API, etc.), and UI/UX skills to deliver effective design and solution sessions.

- Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise on ServiceNow capabilities and modules and adapt them to the Reckitt environment and needs.

The experience we are looking for

- Technical expertise on ServiceNow, knowledge of ServiceNow platform, data model, app development, scripting, and integrations.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with skills in technical architecture, design, and solutions, including Service Portal & mobile app (Employee and Agent)
- Advanced knowledge and experience on ServiceNow modules, with special focus on SPM.
- Cross experience on additional product lines, such as ITSM, HRSD, etc. will be an advantage.
- Exposure to product-platform ways of working in an Agile environment, with knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow Agile Dev Plugin.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution, expectation setting
- Ability to prioritize multiple requirements and issues, manage and set expectations to key stakeholders, and have a sharp focus on the product roadmap.
- Extensive change management experience, ability to manage the introduction of new features to end-users through training, documentation, and feedback.
- Excellent vendor management skills
