About the role

Are you passionate about bridging the gap between technology and tangible business outcomes? Reckitt seeks a collaborative and forward-thinking IT & D Platform Manager to champion our digital platforms and the teams that make innovation possible. This is a critical and valued role in our IT & Digital team, providing strategic and technical leadership to enhance our platforms' scalability, security, and efficiency. Your vision will directly influence how our platform evolves, supporting Reckitt's continuous drive for a cleaner, healthier world.

Your responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Drive continuous platform improvements through insights gained from performance reports, user feedback, and adoption metrics.
- Safeguard the platform's security and optimise risk management protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions, fostering stronger customer relationships for future platform enhancements.
- Manage and cultivate partnerships with key technology vendors, ensuring seamless integration and maximisation of platform capabilities.

The experience we're looking for

- Solid background in product or system development, combined with project and programme management prowess.
- Proficiency in IT service management and user experience design, with an ability to drive digital transformation.
- Demonstrated success in building stakeholder relationships and managing digital strategy.
- Robust knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and governance, ensuring compliance and data-driven innovation.
- Innovative mindset, with experience in change management and adopting technology effectively within an organisation.
