Description

You will...

• Work with vendor partners to acquire and retain the right talent in the product squads.
• Funnel the demand to the right squads as per IT&D Operating model and ensure Ops sustainability. 
• Support the Portfolio team in orchestrating the Platform councils and driving communications on value delivery.
• Promote self-organization and team spirit inside the squad, promote continuous improvement, push for the right and not the easy solution
• Ensure the organization does not fall back to old ways of working by staying focused on Product based operating model. 
• Track and Report success targets for squads based on agreed KPIs to leadership & mentor squads to improve value delivery.
• Co-ordination with Finance to ensure D&A financials are healthy and work with Procurement for strategic sourcing of product & services.
• Drive the Agile and DevOps approach to build scalable prototypes to serve business needs. 
• Train the Squad Members in Agile concepts/processes. Launch the Squad and manage ongoing staffing. 
• Supports coordination and synchronization between Squads where needed
• Keep an objective perspective on issues and troubleshoot by applying LEAN and Agile principles

You'll succeed because you have...

• Highly skilled in IT program / portfolio management
• Experience in product based IT organization and service delivery 
• >5 experience in a complex IT programme and / or portfolio environment
• Organized, highly analytical and a problem-solver with high attention to detail
• Results oriented and self-driven leader who likes a challenge
• Flexible mindset with good capacity to adapt to change
• Experience in SAFe / DSDM methodologies would be an advantage
