As an IT Product Manager - Chatbots and Voice, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and integration of chatbots and voice technology into our consumer relations operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, consumer relations, and marketing, to enhance consumer experience, streamline processes, and optimize the use of our consumer relations platform.

 

You’ll succeed because you have…

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 3-5 years as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a consumer goods or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and experience working with the platform.
  • Proficient in chatbot and voice technology concepts, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience in project management, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Einstein Chatbots or similar conversational AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning technologies.
  • Previous experience in consumer relations or customer service operations.
