About the role

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Product development team to drive outcomes in line with the product roadmap through effective management of sprint cycles and backlog
  • Be the driver in all Agile ceremonies steering it to actionable outcomes as well an ensuring conversations stay on track
  • Develop and maintain team tools that aid in the measurement of sprint progress and productivity
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to find effective backlog management techniques, and champion Agile principles
  • Help the team focus on business value by ensuring product decisions are made prioritising value impact
  • Support the Product Manager in leading the conversation with various stakeholders and capturing feature request requirements and value impact
  • Provide updates to the team and business on progress of the backlog and product roadmap
  • Coordinate with other Product Managers and Product Line Managers on dependencies Coordinate with Platform team members on requirements for product delivery
  • Oversee the relationship with selected vendors/suppliers involved in any of the delivery of development, testing, and support services

The experience we're looking for

  • Demonstratable experience in Product Management, ideally as a Scrum Master, and applying Agile practices
  • Terrific organisational skills, able to guide the product development team, and have an eye for detail
  • Have great communication skills to be part of a global team
  • Creative problem solving skills is highly desirable
  • Media measurement or digital media advertising experience a big bonus
  • Can-do-attitude, winning mindset, problem-solving skills, good organization & product management experience, desire to work in a dynamic team environment and curiosity to work cross-culturally/functionally.
