With complete involvement from the first day, you’ll be fully included as part our team – bringing household name products to millions of customers worldwide. You’ll take responsibility for sales and commercial projects from the outset, gaining new skills and experience. You’ll create game-changing innovations in an open and international environment. The focus will be on ‘learning through doing’ but with the support and mentoring of our experienced team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Providing support in setting up promotional discounts for activities with selected customers in the internal system, including explaining discrepancies and introducing necessary corrections
• Support in setting up permanent and related discounts for selected customers
• Preparation of documentation for invoices from clients and cooperation with Key Account Managers / Financial Team
• Providing administrative support in introducing new products to customers
• Entering information into the systems of selected clients
• Preparation and sending of product cards / client forms
• Cooperation with the Marketing Team in ordering samples
• Preparation of ad hoc statements / reports for individual Key Account Managers
• Preparation of key information for other Departments based on data collected from Key Account Managers
• Organization and coordination topics related to team integration / meetings
• Implementation of specific tasks to improve the work of the entire team

You’ll succeed because You have:

• Higher education (min. bachelor’s degree)
• Ease of establishing contacts and the ability to cooperate with different people, at different levels of work and from different departments
• Independence and good organization of work, focus on the implementation of assigned tasks
• Analytical skills and creativity
• Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Advanced Polish and English at a level that allows free communication in speech and writing (min. B2, upper-intermediate level)
