About the role

As our Controlling Manager (all genders), Hygiene for our site in Weinheim you're at the forefront of enhancing our financial health, overseeing factory, supply chain, and procurement finances. In this role, you'll be uniquely positioned to manage budgets, monitor costs and boost operational efficiency. Minimum 4 years experience in manufacturing controlling/accounting in a multinational company

• Professional accounting/controlling qualification
• Fluent in English and German
• Teamplayer within local Management team, cluster controller team and strong relationship to finance interfaces. Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
• Strong personality able to work in international environments
• Ability to work across functional teams and at various levels throughout the organization
• Superior analytical skills
• Good communicator at all organizational levels
• Accurate, inquiring and disciplined approach
• Results driven. Tenacious and determined to get things done in the face of ambiguity and even opposition; and inspires others to do the same
