Project Manager

Description

Serves as a Project Manager responsible for portfolio management and the execution and delivery of Gross Margin Improvement projects impacting the Zeeland Supply Center.  Projects may include (among others):

The implementation of new RAW and PACK material to the manufacturing process

Leading the successful transfer of products from one manufacturing location to another

Delivery of regulatory compliance solutions to the manufacturing environment (FDA, CFDA)

Execution of manufacturing efficiency (material usage) projects. 

Applies awareness of HACCP, GMP’s and regulatory requirements to ongoing manufacturing processes, process design, process qualifications

Actively participates in the creation of a high performance culture through effective leadership and communication with different functional groups within the organization.  

 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Sciences or Business required.  

Strong proficiency in program and project management methodologies. Project Management certification preferred. 

5+ years’ experience in project management with demonstrated success within a complex manufacturing organization.

Proficient with the Microsoft platform of products to include MS-Project. 

SAP proficiency strongly preferred. 

Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.  Models RB Core Behaviors.  Able to effectively communicate detailed information to multiple levels of organization from Sr. Management to line operators.

Knowledge of manufacturing, GMP & safety processes.  

Experience within FDA regulated food or pharmaceutical environment preferred 

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time in support of assigned project portfolio (After COVID).
